Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
AtLeast is privacy-first. There are no accounts. Session and haptic logic run on your devices. We use limited, cookieless analytics on the website, iPhone app, and Apple Watch app—nothing for advertising or cross-app tracking.
What stays on-device
Timer settings stay on your devices and are not uploaded as an account or personal profile. Session and haptic logic run locally on the watch. Starting a session also sends limited configuration via analytics (see below)—never for advertising.
