These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AtLeast application ("App") developed by BrightDigit ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
AtLeast is a passive haptic timer designed for Apple Watch. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Health disclaimer
AtLeast is not a medical device. The App is intended as a general-purpose timer and should not be relied upon for health, safety, or medical decisions. Always use your own judgment during activities such as cold exposure, exercise, or meditation. If you have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and code in AtLeast are owned by BrightDigit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App beyond what is permitted by these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices. Haptic feedback depends on hardware capabilities and system settings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightDigit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
App Store terms
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and the App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, Apple's terms apply to the extent required.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
