AtLeast brings a silent, haptic practice timer to Apple Watch
Gentle taps on your wrist carry you to your minimum, then go quiet. There's no alarm to stop, so you can keep going.
September 27, 2026 — BrightDigit today released AtLeast on the App Store, a passive haptic timer for Apple Watch with an optional iPhone companion. You set a minimum duration and a tap interval. Gentle taps mark time during the session, and when they stop, you've reached your minimum. There's no alarm, no sound, and no screen to check.
“There are activities where I want to push past the minimum, and I don't want a timer interrupting my flow when I do,” said Leo Dion of BrightDigit, who built AtLeast. “Nothing is more frustrating than being in the middle of a meditation and needing to tap my watch, or doing rows and having to stop to silence an alarm. I asked myself what's more subtle than sight and sound. The answer was touch.”
Because nothing needs dismissing, a session doesn't have to end at the minimum. The taps say keep going; the silence says you've done enough, and you decide what happens next. That works for meditation, breathwork, prayer, yoga holds, cold plunge, and sets like push-ups or rows.
How it works
- Runs on Apple Watch and works offline, with no phone nearby. The taps continue with your wrist down and the display off.
- The optional iPhone companion lets you pick or pre-load a timer on the larger screen and mirror the live session. The taps always happen on the wrist.
- Each timer can carry a Session Type, so a finished session is saved to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes or as a workout.
- No account to create and nothing to sign in to.
Saves finished sessions to Health on your device. Write-only, never read. Privacy
AtLeast Pro
AtLeast is free to download. AtLeast Pro adds your own custom timers, a History of every session, and five extra Session Types, for $0.99/mo, $9.99/yr with a 7-day free trial, or $49.99 once.
Privacy
There's no AtLeast account, and session and haptic logic run on-device. Anonymous, cookieless analytics and crash reports help improve the app, and one in-app toggle turns both off. They are never used for advertising or cross-app tracking. Timers and history sync through the user's own iCloud account, which BrightDigit cannot access. Details are in the privacy policy.
Availability
AtLeast is available now on the App Store. It requires Apple Watch Series 6 or later running watchOS 26.0 or later; the iPhone companion requires iOS 26.0 or later.
